Refunds

If Cardsmith Pro isn’t right for you, we would rather refund you than keep money for something you don’t use.

Cardsmith Pro

• First payment: full refund if you ask within 14 days. No questions asked.
• Renewals: if a monthly renewal went through that you didn’t want, ask within 14 days of that charge for a full refund of it.
• How to ask: email heymira@mail.grokbot.com from the address you used at checkout, or include the invoice or receipt number from your Link receipt. You can also ask Link’s support directly.
• What happens next: refunds are issued through Link (Stripe is our merchant of record) to your original payment method, including any tax you paid, and Link emails you a confirmation. They usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank. The subscription is cancelled and the license key stops working automatically. Cards you already made stay in your vault, and Cardsmith’s free features keep working.

Outside these windows, email us anyway if something went wrong. We will look at it fairly. This policy doesn’t affect any rights you have under consumer law.
